Van Orton x Scrambler Ducati
At the Bike Shed London Show, Scrambler Ducati presents two new bold and innovative concepts, showcasing once again how free and creative customization embodies the post-heritage Ducati world.
This minimalist and functional concept draws inspiration from post-apocalyptic sagas of cinema and TV series. The minimalist lines make room for the purest driving emotions, highlighting the inherent freedom of the Ducati Scrambler universe.
All aluminum parts are left exposed to convey a sense of pleasure and authenticity. The tank is stripped of its covers, allowing space to attach a tank bag for essential items, be it clothes or tools. The rear side suitcase and high-passage Termignoni exhaust accentuate the tracker look that defines this concept, complemented by tires and a front fender that enable the vehicle to tackle any type of terrain.
The CR241 concept represents the natural evolution of the 2017 Scrambler® of the same name. Taking us back in time, its design evokes the motorcycles that made history in British venues in the 60s.
This model underlines the versatility of the Scrambler Ducati mechanical base, personalized into new forms in this interpretation. The narrow, enveloping fairing mounted on the tank harks back to Ducati icons like the Pantah and the 750 SS, with a contemporary twist. The saddle turns into a single-seater with the cover, and the color scheme fully completes the concept, stirring the emotions of the most nostalgic and passionate fans of 60s British rockers iconography.
