A free spirit, an adventurous heart, and a motorcycle to explore Greece with new eyes and a renewed mindset. Dominika is a Scrambler® ambassador, but above all, she’s a curious soul who chose to embark on a solo journey with her Scrambler® Full Throttle to better understand herself and the world around her.
This is how Solo Camp was born – a personal project that turned into a shared travel journal for the community: stepping out of the comfort zone, riding solo, immersing in nature, getting lost and finding yourself again. In short, living by the most authentic Scrambler® spirit.
It all began in the heat of summer in Greece, with a tent pitched at Glaros Campsite. Then came winter in Delphi, with its enchanted landscapes and rarefied silence, followed by a summer night under the stars in Schinos, an autumn escape to Epidauros, and finally Andros Island, where the tent gave way to a hotel – though the spirit of adventure never left.
The journey started as a challenge, and at times, it was daunting: riding off on your own, relying only on yourself. But it’s in that thin space between fear and wonder that you find the strength – or maybe the beautiful recklessness – that drives you to go. Slowly, the noise of the city faded, giving way to new sounds and sensations: the quiet of the woods, raindrops hitting the tent, the warmth of the sun. Every obstacle, from extreme temperatures to tough terrain, turned into a lesson.
Her setup? A perfect blend of practicality and seasoned travel instinct: a moto-camping tent, Scrambler® side bags, a 30L waterproof duffel, and all the essentials to sleep, cook, shoot photos, and feel at home anywhere. The ideal balance of minimalism and comfort, for a safe yet light-hearted experience.
Her loyal travel companion at every stage: the Scrambler® Full Throttle. Agile and reliable on curves, gravel paths, highways, and through the most intense moments – like a steep, dusty downhill trail under scorching sun, where even 4x4s struggled. In those moments, the connection with the bike becomes real. Two travel partners in perfect sync, ready to take on anything.
Feeling the wind, the scents, the fatigue, the full-on freedom that only the open road can give.
We asked Dominika to sum up this experience in three words: explore, reconnect, grow.
But perhaps the most powerful description is the one she gave us herself:
«Solo trips are always on my mind. They’ve become a part of who I am and who I want to be. They bring me joy, clarity, and that raw feeling of being alive. It’s my personal land of joy!»
Where will the road take her next? She doesn’t know yet. But one thing is certain: when that call to ride returns, Dominika will be ready. And right by her side, there will always be her Scrambler®.
