THE SCRAMBLER® SPIRIT LANDS IN JAPAN

The Land of Joy keeps moving, and this time, it made its way to Japan.

On April 4, 2026, in Shima, Mie Prefecture, the Scrambler community came together for a day driven by freedom, creativity and shared passion. An event designed to experience motorcycling in a different way, surrounded by nature, meaningful moments and authentic connections.

Set in a green, open-air location, the Shima Auto Campground, riders and enthusiasts brought to life a true Scrambler® experience, where bikes, people and stories come together.

Throughout the day, participants had the chance to dive into the Scrambler® world with test rides, exhibitions, food & drinks and activities designed to unleash creativity. One of the highlights was the Custom Bike Contest, where the most original builds were voted directly by the community.

There was also plenty of space for self-expression, with experiences like helmet painting: a perfect way to add color and character in true “Land of Joy” style.

For those ready to take on a challenge, the Scrambler Ride Challenge offered a fun and dynamic way to experience riding.

The event also looked ahead to the future, featuring the Volkswagen ID. Buzz, an iconic model reimagined in an electric version, blending design, freedom and new forms of mobility.

Between shared moments, a growing global community and the desire to live every experience in your own way, Land of Joy JPN once again showed what it truly means to be part of the Scrambler® universe.
